I started this blog to sharpen my thinking and share practical lessons from product and customer success. Writing helps me simplify what I am learning in the real world.

The work I enjoy most is bringing structure to ambiguous problems, aligning teams, and shipping improvements that customers actually feel. I care about clear communication, decisive execution, and sustainable pace.

Outside work, family is everything. I am usually with Lauren and the boys, coaching youth football, or out exploring the countryside.
